SELF-DISCOVERY ยท IDENTITY
Who are you underneath what you had to become?
SEE ยท RECONNECT
Identity here is not a box to put yourself in. It is a place to look at what feels like you, what shaped you, what changed, and what still fits.

Already developed as LYTL concepts or prototype worlds; these are still being built into the public experience.
MENTAL HEALTH & HUMAN EXPERIENCE
Okay. Before we go any further...
When people hear โmental health,โ they usually jump straight to mental illness. Thatโs already the first thing I want to fix.
Mental health is part of being human. Everybody has it. This is me talking you through what that actually meansโnot giving you a vocabulary list to memorize.
Touch something. Make it do something. Iโll explain as we go. โ
01
Quick question.
Who has mental health?
Everybody.
You do. I do. The person who says they โdonโt believe in mental healthโ does too. Mental illness is part of the conversation. Mental health is the bigger human experience.
02
Now watch what a label can do.
Same person. Same behavior. Tap the sign.
Did anything about the behavior actually change?
No. Only the information you were given changed. Thatโs one of the places stigma sneaks in: we stop meeting the person and start meeting the label.03
โBut they look fine.โ
Go ahead. Pull the mask down.
Functioning is not the same thing as being okay.
People work, joke, parent, answer texts, show up, and still struggle like hell. What you can see is not the whole story.
04
A diagnosis can help.
But it should be a flashlightโnot the box you live in.
Turn the flashlight on.
A diagnosis can give you language, context, treatment options, and a place to start. Useful information. Not your entire identity.
05
And can we stop ranking pain?
Push either side of the scale.
Different pain. Same permission to hurt.
Your experience does not have to beat somebody elseโs experience before it deserves care. The better question is: what did this do to you?
06
This is why mental health follows us everywhere.
Hit the switch.

It was already in every room.
Your mental health is affected by the life you are actually living. Thatโs why we donโt put it in one little box and call it handled.
